The pearl of africa childrens chior was founded in 1983 by molly and paul wasswa, two teachers who own the molly and paul christian schools and molly and paul childcare foundation.Thetwo organisations run schools in kampala and masaka districts.The choir members singing are selected fromthe talented children who attend molly and paul schools. |

...Some of the children come from caring families and others from less disadvantaged background who are beingtaken care of bythe organisation.Since its birth, the choir has been growing from strength and now it is a well known choir not only in uganda but also in other countries such as the uk. usa & ireland. Some of the objectives of the chior are : |

- To promote, appreciate and develop the young talented artists.
- To inculcate in them asense of creativtiy,selfmotivation ,evaluation and to maintain the skills acquired.
- To learn to exchange their desirable and acceptable culture to other communities in the world.
- To advertise and fundraise for the neededsupportforthe development of molly&paul christian schools. the chior does so by selling CDs,DVDs,Tapes,Crafts
